    Oh yes! It's very healthy and definitely promotes weight lose but if you don't change your habits such as drinking soda and eating junk food, you won't see the best results.

    I did the same thing whole grain fiber cereal with soy milk and pure whey protein and with that had a cup of green tea with lime and 5 splendas and i wasnt hungry up untill 6 pm when i ate dinner and i didnt eat anything but drink blk tea and munch on some fruit later on and i lost about 8.33 pounds a month bout 2.09 pounds a week

    Yup. Excellent. Kept me feeling full longer. I like to add a piece of fruit or two also. I also like greek yogurt..high in protein. Can't skimp on the protein if you are going to eat low calorie or you lose all your protein.
