2008-04-21 13:29:49well im 18, 5ft 6 and weigh 125..and thats said to be "average" weight for my height.
soo you should prolly weigh around 130- i would say cut out junk food, start jogging/walking or going on bike rides. drinks lots of water and stay away from soda!

2008-04-21 13:25:58that does not sound overweight but you can't just give measurements and get the right answer. muscle weighs more than fat. its all about being healthy, try to be healthy and not worry about your weight so much.
