    I mainly know a lot about weight loss and stuff, but I just can't disipline myself good enough to loose weight. My doctor said that I'm a little over weight and asked me if I was active and I'm pretty much always active. When it comes to foods, I don't like most vegitables and fruits, any tips?

    When I was trying to loose weight, I made a checklist for every day with the food groups on it. Every time I ate something in that food group, I'd check it off. If I was still hungry and I wanted bread, but there were no "slots" left, I had to eat something from a food group with an available slot. It's a good way to stay on target and learn how to eat balanced meals so you don't end the day with only fruits & veggies. And sorry, but they are good for you, so you'll have to find some you like. Fresh is always better than canned.

    If you are active, the food you are eating is the problem. Try eatting healhty food. No more fast food, no more candy, no more sugar, no more fat. Fruits are good for you and they have sugar, you should try new fruits if you are tired of eatting apples and oranges. Im sure you'll do ok, but find the right moment, the right diet, and stick to it. Best of luck

    start eating healthy and stay active, dont think of it as a diet, but a lifestyle change, ur too young for a diet..but start eating things like eggwhites for lunch and walnuts and bananas and other things to snak on throughout the day, have fish for dinner, drink water, lots of it....for the first few days u will hate it but after a week u will feel proud and u wont want to turn back
