The Best Way to Lose WeightAnswer:i 39m having problems losing weight what do you think about ALLI weight loss pills
2008-02-19 07:34:38According to the British Nutrition Foundation "To lose weight, the energy intake from food must be less than the energy output". This is why calorie counting is the most effective weight loss method. It goes straight to the heart of the problem - no fad diets, pills or special eating plans are necessary.
Losing weight through calorie counting is relatively easy. You won't have to put normal life on hold while calorie counting. Added benefits are that calorie counting raises your awareness of what your body needs educates you about what's in what you eat, and helps you learn how to eat healthily for life.
Starting to Calorie Count
First you'll need to work out how many calories you need each day to maintain your current weight, and how many to lose weight at a rate of 1-2lbs a week.
Next you need to keep track of how many calories are in the foods and drinks you consume each day, to make sure you have a negative calorie balance.
You can do this by keeping a food diary and checking the calorie content of what you eat.
If any method of losing weight could be described as 'painless' - this, I believe, is as close as it gets. Simply having real awareness about the things you eat and drink each day, the number of calories in them, and the number of calories you use, enables you to start losing weight by making relatively small changes. Better still, you're much more likely to develop eating and lifestyle habits that you are happy with, and can therefore maintain.

It???s the method use in Supersize vs Superskinny a British documentary magazine show I???ve been watching.
The programme features a superskinny (undereater ??“ consume less calories) swap diet with an overweight (overeater ??“ consume more calories).
The extreme diet swap is for Superskinny to gain weight and for Supersize to loose weight. And to make them realise they both have a dysfunctional relationship with food ??“ that eating too much is just as bad as undereating. The swap will kick start a whole new regime of balanced and healthy eating that is meant to re-educate them and transform their relationship with food and weight.

I've never taken it, but after looking at the reviews from customers I've concluded:Answer:i 39m having problems losing weight what do you think about ALLI weight loss pills
2008-02-17 16:52:411)it helps increase the amount of weight loss but you also have to watch what you eat and exercise
2)about 70% of people were satisfied and 30% of people were not
3)typical weight loss(if any)seems to be 1-2.5lbs per week.
4)most people who weren't satisfied was because of the side effects associated
-alli blocks the absorption of about 25% of fat, so when you
eat it....its gotta go somewhere. you'll notice an oily substance(fat) in your stool
-also gas seems to be a problem too
-just because it blocks some of the fat you eat doesn't mean you can go crazy eating fatty foods. it appears people who pig out on fatty foods while taking it gets diarrhea

I just lost 11 lbs on soy protein shakes in three weeks. I tried some weight loss supplements but they aren't really good for us and I didn't lose weight on them either. These soy shakes are really doing the trick, I drink them in place of two meals and if I get hungry in between I snack on a hard boiled egg or fruit..it's working and when I drink these shakes I am not hungry at all for hours.Answer:i 39m having problems losing weight what do you think about ALLI weight loss pills

If you are having problems losing weight, you should make sure you dont have any disorders that prevent you from doing so. Exercise and healthy foods are required. I dont take weight loss pills cuz Im not fat but I like Ephedrine (make sure you have a healthy heart, and supplement it with products such as Omega 3 and Turmeric). Ephedrine will speed up your heart rate as if you were doing exercise, this will bring your energy levels up and you will WANT to exercise. It works way better than anything Ive ever tried. If you do try it, approach it with caution and know that it can be addictive. Make sure you study the pros and cons. In Canada its legal to sell 25mg pills but I think 25s are illegal in the States. It think its still legal to sell 8mg pills in the States but 3 of those equals 24 mg so thats a stupid law!Answer:i 39m having problems losing weight what do you think about ALLI weight loss pills

NO. Great bodies are made from food, keep adjusting your diet. The pills will cause you to lose weight temporarily it will all come back eventually unless you "fix" the real problem. It took me a while to learn, but curbing your appettite will only catch up to you in the long run... for every body.Answer:i 39m having problems losing weight what do you think about ALLI weight loss pills

Alli just forces you to eat lowfat, which everyone should be doing anyway. If you eat too much fat on Alli, you will have "leakage" where the oil that is not absorbs comes out. Not pleasant. Eat healthy in moderation and exercise.Answer:i 39m having problems losing weight what do you think about ALLI weight loss pills

Weight loss pills are a waste of money. They don't work and they are dangerous. If you want to lose weight you have to diet and exercise. Most people don't want to do that ,but it works. You have to be consistent and eat right and exercise. Aerobics and weight training are the way to go. Their is no magic weight loss pill. You have to make a lifestyle change and stick with it.Answer:i 39m having problems losing weight what do you think about ALLI weight loss pills
