We are an american family living abroad and will be in the U.S. this summer. And I'm in desperate need of someone who could guide me to a reputable weight loss camp for kids.
Unfortunately, I'll be staying in Pittsburgh, PA and Charleston, WV so I would like something around those areas and not too pricey.
I'll be looking forward to your quick responses.
    Yours faithfully,
    Nina

I would go to the nearest library and/or school for that kind of advice. They'll be able to help you. Good luck!

Dear Nina, no weight camp will help unless you and the entire family begin to exercise and eat correctly. go to calorie king dot com and plan your menus, exercise daily as a family and get this childs weight down. You are the person bringing the food into the house and as a mom must control what and when your family eats. No more TV, computers or video games. Buy him a bike, trampoline or skates/skate board... do the active, healthy things. By sending him to some fat camp will just drive into his spirit that he is bad, messed up and not acceptable. It is much better for the entire family to become involved and cure what the problem is.. possibly lonliness? boredom? Medicating pain with food is a national pass time, and is totaly unacceptable... think about it. Go organic!
