    as long as your doing cardio you should be eating high protein lean meats like fish and chicken...fres hsteamed veggies without butter use promise if you like the butter taste, it really low fat and no cholestrol. stay away from anything fried, refined sugar..use whole wheat bread just not alot ..anything whole wheat keeps you feeling full longer and has a great source of fiber which helps keep water weight down..good luck..o yea an ocasional 100 calorie pack wont hurt ya..i like hostess cupcakes, 100 calorie packs..yummy!

    Cut simple carbs (bread, potatos), limit fruit, fill up on water, veggies (not corn though), and lean meats. Get rid of butter/margarine too.

    Take a healthy protein like Iso-sensation. They are higher in protein low in fat content.
