2008-05-28 14:14:48Right now I'm dieting too, and even though I'm a soccer player so farily atheltic my sister is totally out of shape and the best way to diet for her is too:
-No fast food...at all. You don't have any idea how many pounds you are eatting.
-Try only drinking water (If you must even drink flavored water, just no soda or beer, they both ahve tons of bad calories)
-If ur in school and live close enough to walk, do it. Get up earlier and walk to school then walk home.
-Walk for at least 2 hours total a week (which means you can do 15-20 minute walks per day)
-do crunches, sit-ups, and leg-lifts (15 per day, once you get used toyou can do more)
-Eat a lot of fruits, especailly to snack on between meals
-Eat three HEALTHY meals a day. Don't eat somehting that you know is totallt unhealthy and is full of bad calories.
-No popcorn or candy
If you stick to this you'll loose 5 or more pounds just the first week you start.

2008-05-28 14:23:03I know all diet pills make you lose weight fast, but then you gain double when you stop taking it, so I wouldn't try that. I definitely recommend eating smaller portions, 5x a day. And buy healthy things, go to your local farmers market, there are great tasking fruits/vegetables there. Throw out all the unhealthy stuff, it's not worth it putting in your body and also: out of sight, out of mind!

2008-05-28 14:15:38diet pills really dont work. I've tried them all! I've tried foreign ones, expensive ones, and popular ones, none work. I'm so lazy and out of shape, but what you need to do if you really want to lose weight is diet and exercise. Mainly exercise. You have to. You wont lose weight any other way. Start off by walking for an hour everyday. Then join a gym and start working out.

2008-05-28 14:31:02All diet pills require exercise and eating healthy foods like those listed by Kiara. And they have chemicals which is not good for you. Eat lots of fruits and raw vegetables.
