2007-05-13 19:38:25I currently don't have anything for breakfast. I'd rather get a few extra minutes of sleep. I'm at a healthy weight. I just thought that having something like a slim fast in the morning would better than what I'm doing now. Any other suggestions?

2007-05-13 19:42:52it will only help if you will eat less later, either snacking or lunch, because of it. What they do is fill you up so you're not as hungry. It would be better to eat breakfast and drink one for lunch, then eat a regular dinner.

2007-05-13 19:43:02If you are not used to having breakfast, liquid ones might be a good option until you get used to having something in the morning. It is not adviced to do this for extensive periods of time, but it's a good start.
You can also have liquid yogurt, oj and a granola or protein bar, even a low fat latte is better than nothing.
