    I always ate anything I wanted between the hours of ten and four and nothing before or after. I just shoveled food into my mouth between those hours and the rest of the day you are burning, burning, burning. After a while you can eat dinner out with friends if you want to as long as that is not the norm.
    You can have healthy foods too during the hours of 10am and 4 pm.... so it is not just totally unhealthy. NO MIDNIGHT SNACKING!!!! Just know that tomorrow you can eat anything you want . Also, believe it or not it is a good idea to eat dessert before your meal, it fills you up so you won't have half the calories you would if you ate dessert last. You will eat a full meal and save room for a high calorie dessert and eat it because it is a treat, but you won't do it the other way around.
    Another good tip is never never never eat to the point of feeling full. That full feeling is not how you know that you ate enough, it is how you know you ate too much.

    Losing weight fast is NEVER an ideal you should strive for. You didn't put it on overnight.. its not going to come off that way either.     I recently read a newspaper article saying that reasearch shows diets are a huge waste of time and money. People just put the weight back on afterwards.
    You have to change your mindset and your life style completely. Start hating junk food, check fat content of foods and realise how bad it is for you, and start enjoying exercise.
    Think of exercise this way: while you're exercising your body secretes feel-good hormones (called endorphins) and the after-effect is very pleasant, which is why people actually get addicted to exercise! But you must give yourself time to get fit gradually, or else you'll loose heart. Take it slow in the beginning and gradually work harder until you're fit.
    But no, don't try those quick diet fads. They don't work and aren't good for your health.
