I liked Body for Life, but now I've put on a few pounds and am thinking of trying something else. I just don't feel as motivated by BFL as I used to.

I'm on weight watchers, it's a great diet. My best friend does body for life and we are constantly at war over what is better. To each her own, and maybe you should look into weight watchers. It's the one for me.

Call me crazy... but proper diet and exercise.
