    Ok... Beings that I'm 15, this was difficult but I think I've got it.
    Exercise:
    A mile on an eliptical machine every other day
    Going for a 2 mile bike ride every couple days
    Whatever we do in P.E. at school (mile every week)
    20 sit-ups a day
    20 crunches a day
    20 reverse sit-ups a day
    Lying down and lift legs 6 in. off the floor (3 min)
    Diet:
    Eating lots of fruits
    Eating low fat meats and dairy
    When Bored chew gum rather than eating
    Eat when Hungry not at meal time...
    Drinking lots of lemonade (Water with the sugar free mix)
    Occasional Diet pepsi
    So... What do you think? Any good?

    too much ab exercise.. that won't do anything good... what about some pull-up or chin up and some push up, squats...
    and as for your diet.. well it's ok but drink nothing else but water.. on special occasion you can take that diet pepsi

    sounds good. fruits do have a lot a sugar though, but are also good for you. Eat some fruit and lots of vegetables.

    Skip the low fat stuff and get with a low carb diet, you need more cardio (longer duration, say 30-45 minutes a day) and way more exercise. Do 100 crunches and 100 push-ups each day, and get in a gym and lift some weights. Drink plenty of water (gallon a day). The low carb diet will allow you to eat good, healthy foods, that you'll like and be able to do for a long time without feeling deprived. Give it a shot for about a month (read up on this type of diet online), if you don't like it, you can go back to your lame @ss routine.
