I don't know of any free ones, but the two I really like are southbeachdiet.com and myalli.com. SBD has support as well as diet, recipes, etc., and alli has support that includes a bunch of registered dietitians and also has a meal tracker with ideas and an exercise tracker with ideas.

sparkpeople.com is a great site to use, you can track your progress, track your food, and exercise. They have message boards, and groups you can join. It's a great site and it's free.

Exercise is just as vital as diet when it comes to losing weight, but the only thing which really showed results for me was wu-yi tea, it can be checked out in the resource box below, they have a limited number of free trials remaining, it has been featured in Fox News and CNN. I lost twenty pounds, it really does work!
