2008-12-04 13:26:23I know you can do 26lbs but what you really want is to have 17% body fat. But if you wanna look smoking hot then don't care about the lbs, follow bodyforlife.com and don't look at a scale, go get your body fat testing in the dunk tank.

2008-12-04 13:26:53It all depends on what size you want to be and what you consider a good weight for YOU. Don't ever let anyone tell you what you should look like. You may see a chubby person and say they are fat. Then see a skinny person and think they are in shape, when in all actuality the chubby person can be 10 times more healthier not because of the way they look but because of what they eat on a daily basis and what they do as far as exercising etc. That skinny person can be taking diet pills and starving themselves and get sick before the other person. So just eat right and stick with a weight that you feel comfortable with.

2008-12-04 13:29:01hmmm. it really depends on what you would like to look like. If you wanted to still be curvy (but definitely more attractive lol) i would aim for 140 lbs. If you wanted to be skinny maybe 130lbs. I would not suggest going much lower than that.
