I have heard of a diet plan that comes from a hospital i belive it was in texas or Arkansas that they give obese patients before they go for heart surgery. Does anyone know what it consists of? it hads specific foods set for each day for x amount of days and then you eat normal for x amount and back and forth and so on. thanx-kp
