You can get acupuncture and other traditional Chinese medicines which help keep your metabolism up when you are already loosing weight. It tends to slow as you loose weight which can slow your weight loss.
Acupuncture is great for helping you feel relaxed and refreshed too which can help you keep a positive attitude when trying to lose weight.
It cant make you loose weight tho, only a proper diet and exercise can do that.
