okay i need to loose weight i am 5ft 6inch and i used to weigh 55kg and now weigh 80kg!! i feel yuck and people have noticed my weight its at a horrible stage! i look fat and ugly to b honest if i exercise and eat helathy low cal and take adios will i loose the weight??? as any one tried adios tablets? got any info. thanks xx :) karen

Yeah i have lost 4 stone in weight and still going thanks to the adios pills and a callorie conrolled diet and plenty of exercise it have gave me the results i wanted, I can now fit in to a size 8 in jeans . yeah x x xx x

I dont know that pill but the OTC Alli does work. It really can assist you in your weight loss challenge. Try it... you can get it on ebay a little cheaper. I am doing it and lost 8lb so far. I love it!!!

I know someone who used these tablets and just carried on with their lifestyle normally, so not suprisingly she didn't loose any weight. I think when you take these tablets you really do have to totally change your lifestyle, meaning both diet and exercise.
After meeting someone else who had actually succeeded my friend realised where she was going wrong.
She started to increase her exercise each week and eventually was doing at elast 30 minutes exercise a day, she also kept a close eye on her food intake and counted her calories religiously.
So I suggest if you are going to take these then yes you will definitely need to exercise and make some changes to your diet.
