Ask:Advice on a personal weight loss plan
2012-02-01 00:40:36 +0000I'm a 16 year old male, 6 feet tall, give or take, and, sadly, 210 lbs. My goal is to only weight 160-170 by June 1st, losing 50 to 60 pounds. That comes out to around 3 pounds a week. I've started running regularly, as well as eating heathly. However, I'm not an expert on weight loss and I'd like to know what works best for most people.
I have a indoor track, elliptical machine, stationary bike, and the endless wilderness in my backyard (I live on a mountain) at my disposal, and, if possible, I'd like to do a combination of running/walking. How much of what should I do every day to optimise weight loss?
