2008-08-10 15:36:47i'm acting in a friend's independent film and i need to lose about 30 lbs to fit the part. any advice on how i could drop that in a month?
yes, i am aware that it's a pound a day, but i really need this part.
any advice other than cocaine and energy drinks?

2008-08-10 15:42:50Hire a really good private trainer. I ve seen people lose massive amount of wiehgt on tv. Like the biggest losser. I guess it can be done, be under a doctor supervision and a super good trainer. Good luck.

2008-08-10 15:49:50It will be hard to lose a pound a day consistently. Eat a lot of fruits and veggies. Eat whole grains, lean meat(chicken , turkey, etc). Drink a lot of water, skim milk. Brown rice is also a good choice, very filling and it is whole grain. Count your calories, you should get about 1200 a day. Exercise for at least 45 minutes a day. I like to run and it always seems like if I want to lose a little running is the fastest way for me to do that. You should also vary your exercise so your body will not plateau(one day cardio and the next weights). You should have one day a week to have some treats-like a donut, a handful of chips, a slice of pizza or something just to keep your metabolism high.
Do not drink soda!! It will really hurt your efforts.
