I would love to losse about 7 punds between now and next January.
But i dont want to get into a risky diet, i want to do something healthy, and not do exercise.
How do i achieve that?

2007-11-16 18:51:12In all honesty, exercise is good for you no matter what. So without exercise, you wont be able to lose weight the best way. But exercise makes you feel sooo good and you will definitly lose inches/weight when you do it. For your eating habits, dont skip meals and food groups. Each group is important, even a little fat. You just want to cut out refined sugars and carbohydrates, and fatty meats. Thats it. People make it so complicated wth stupid diets.

2007-11-16 18:52:39exercise and healthy diet are the only way to loose weight.... if you don't want to exercise cut out sugary/fatty foods which means all junk food and sodas, just drinking water will help you loose weight too
