I know t5hat losing weight can make your boobs smaller, i also know that this only happens if you are carrying excess weight on them, so how comes anorexics are all flat chested? Unless o course with surgery?
How come they lose there breasts entirely sometimes?

Breasts are made up of fatty tissues and water. When your body looses fats and water is depleted from the body, then the cells holding that shrink. I hope that clarifies your answer for you!

Because anorexics have no excess fat....breasts are largley made up of fat (even on thin people), but an anorexic's body uses ALL fat up trying to survive.

Anorexics lose everything. In a case personal to me, they lose their old personalities and friends too.

Because the body needs fat to survive and will pull it from any source it can when it's denied it through food, IE the breasts. So you are wrong with the "i also know that this only happens if you are carrying excess weight on them" and you should really try to spell and ask your questions more clearly.

They lose it because they do lose inportant fats and your boobs are mostly fat and skin tissues,I lost all of my chest when I lost 35 pounds(I was underweight) and since I gained about 15 pounds they grew back...It was somewhat scary actually! :)

When you deprive your body of energy, it will 'evolve' to counter that. Losing unneeded body parts lowers the body's energy needs. Having children is one of the first things to go (ammenorhhrea) and if you are not going to have kids, why does your body need boobs? It doesn't. So they go.
Your body is pretty clever and will do anything to stay living.

First of all, not all anorexics are completely flat-chested. They will still have a basis of what their chest should have been, given they were carrying a healthy amount of weight. But it is because your body will take fat and tissue wherever it can when it is starving, sometimes even those tissues that are not 'excess' because it has nothing else to take for energy. This is the panic mode that the body goes into. When the person gets healthy again, their chest will return to the size it was intended to be by genetics.
