Are there any free online weight loss programs or support groups - kind of like a weight watchers online FREE?
I just want someone or some program that will ask me what i ate and how much i weigh to help me lose weight. I would like to lose 40 -45 lbs

well i dont think so but i had your problem.I was 140 pounds at the age of 13 and my mom said i had a eating junk problem and i did so i so a thing called bally total fitness and i told my mom about it and she said yes and i went to ballys and lost some weight i lost 50 pounds in 8months.i was 90 pounds at 14 then i gaind weight cause ppl was calling me stick.So i gained my weight at 15 and i was 120 pounds then now im only 110 punds cause i thought i was to fat .at 18 im 110 im so happy with my body and i have my bellybutton piersed so.......

I've heard of ediets.com but I think you might have to pay for that too.
