Take a multi-vitamin that has Chromium in it because you won't be craving sweets nearly as much.

it was great i was able to eat what ever i wanted to but just kept track of it by counting the points!!
i even got rewarded for my loss.
it was so easy, and with excercise i even lost more!
i lost 17 pounds i one month!
i was so happy when i first started it, i was able to eat all my fav foods without giving anything up, i just ate smaller portions.

You can take some weight loss tablets one week on and one week off. go to holand and barrat kind of shops. but remember one thing. any headaches or body pain should be noticed and you should stop exercising. Drink lots of skimmed milk and fruits and veggies to replace energy. You can eat egg whites too. Try not to eat any carbs after 5pm. Good luck

2007-07-05 08:40:21For super quick results: cut all the sugar out of your diet. This is really hard to do at first, but if you are able to do it you will see amazing results.I did personally. Make sure your meals include a large variety of vegetables, and fruit. Replace soda and drinks high in sugar with water.Stay away from processed foods such as fast foods, prepared foods, cookies, cakes, pies, etc and breads are are also a big contributor to fat if they contain enriched flour. Check your labels and make sure what you're buying does not have a high sugar content and it is of good quality. In addition, try to get some excercise each day even if it's just walking for about 30 minutes. I did not exercise very much, but with just getting rid of the sugar in my diet I lost a significant amount of weight quite quickly, within about 1 to 2 months. Try this and Good Luck!
