I like the supplements that don't have all of the caffeine. I found a detoxifying one that cleanses your body, boost your metabolism, reduces bloating, and curbs the appetite. It works very good.

You can lose more weight by just walking into the store to buy those supplements than you will get by taking them.
EAT LESS... EXERCISE MORE... there is no easy way to lose weight... and no magical formulas, either.
