    It's extremely unhealthy, but:
    chewing gum
    drinking LOTS of water
    eating fiber rich veggies like celery and carrots, no dip
    lots of soup
    keep in mind, you'll always be hungry... but you have to learn to ignore it.

    eat protein, like steak and pork, and make sure you lift and run alot. a good way to lose weight is run. get up at like 5am and run a couple miles. do this every day for a couple of weeks

    Dont starve your self, unless you have death wish, yeah it works but its not healthy. Eat right minimize your sugars, drink water, and excercize! thats the only healthy way to do it.
