Save your money...No pills work at reducing weight. The only weight you will lose will be in your wallet. Diet and exercise are the only way to go.

I bought a few packets of this stuff, I was taken in by the marketing hype (and I work in marketing...I should know better)
Basically, I've stopped taking it. I lost a bit of weight at the beginning, but not much, and then I just kind of plateaued. This did NOTHING for hunger-suppression either.
It kind of made me moody (but I can't say for sure) and I noticed that my body hair would grow back faster (once again I can't say for sure).
It didn't interefere with my sleep though, which I thought maybe it would (it affects your seratonin levels apparently)
the worst thing is, that now that I've stopped taking it, the weight has just kind of whooshed back on. I'm now at a higher weight than before I started taking the pills.
I also found that it kind of whacked out my "feeling full" mechanism. Now it's really hard for me to feel full.
anyway, I've done a bit of research on it's main ingredient (that hydroxycitrate) and there have been no proper clinical human trials that have been conclusive.
Apparently TrimSpa is much better:
