2007-07-25 12:25:35I recently began eating much healthier and exercising. My goal is to lose between 15 - 20 lbs by the end of October. I am on week three of this and I've lost five-six pounds. However, I have injured my foot and I'm now unable to wear a shoe for atleast a week, which means no cardio for a week. I really don't want to gain back what I've lost, as I feel better about myself and the way I'm going about a healthier lifestyle. Any suggestions?

You can also do some arm and shoulder exercises while sitting.
