    I recently began eating much healthier and exercising. My goal is to lose between 15 - 20 lbs by the end of October. I am on week three of this and I've lost five-six pounds. However, I have injured my foot and I'm now unable to wear a shoe for atleast a week, which means no cardio for a week. I really don't want to gain back what I've lost, as I feel better about myself and the way I'm going about a healthier lifestyle. Any suggestions?

    Eat less to compensate for the inactivity, or at least less high calorie food.
    You can also do some arm and shoulder exercises while sitting.

    sit down and do excercices like crunches and situps and lifting weights. it actually works. and eat less candy.
