Ask:Any tips on weight loss
2007-11-17 21:27:29Currently I weight 240. I would like to get down to 200 but Dec. 13th. What are some tips? How many calories should I burn every day? I am able to access the gym everyday. What is a good diet plan? Merci!

it takes some time to slim down. but perserverance is what u need now in order to reach ur target. since u are able to access to the gym everyday, that shouldn't be any prob. tryin running on the treadmill for at least 30minutes.. and do others workout in the gym.. and continue exercising in the gym for an hr or so.. depends on ur body. 2007-11-17 21:35:12you can control ur diet as well, cut down on oily food and snacks.. take lots of plain water. and reduce ur calories intake. have small meals instead. (ard 5 small meals) instead of the regular 3 meals.

a few friends of mine went on the medi-fast diet... they didn't lose 40 pounds in a month but one of them lost 25 and the other two lost around twenty the first month. You can only lose weight by taking in less calories and burning more so restraint and discipline are the most important parts of a diet...Answer:Any tips on weight loss

That is alot of weight to lose by that date, and if you dont stick to day a "low carb" plan, it'll come back, and I say Low carb because you'll lose the most weight with that, and excercise and water.Answer:Any tips on weight loss
