Don't you dare try it the way to slim is chew your food very slowly, and don't eat fat and, exercise.

but
when I was a young kid...my friend used to smuggle her mums sweeties out for the pair of us...they were very nice...and she said her mum used them for slimming...
I was an active little sod at the best of times...but after those sweets I was a real nuisance...all over the place.
Turned out that in those days the sweets had anphetamines (speed) in them...which was the norm back in the 60's...
