Trimspa worked excellent for both my sister and I.
Just make sure it doesn't have that phen-phen stuff in it.
And drink LOTS of water with it. It will make you thirsty anyways.
I lost 30 pounds in less than 2 months.

you dont need to take weight loss pills and 20ils in a month is far too much weight.
Just eat sensibly and healthy and do excercise im sure you will notice the difference, Try drinking green tea that helps you lose weight too.
