    Fast Weight Loss is not a great idea as it can lead to Yo-Yo weight gains and lost. But over a good period of time its possible. Try lots of cardio and make sure your excersicing in the fat burning zone which is passed on your heart rate. Light Weightwork even if your a women will help as well as it build up muscle which helps burn more calories without you having to do anything special. for example just carrying your shopping into your house will burn more calories than before the weightowork. eating a healthy diet and sticking to 3 meals a day is crucial. Some people who struggle with 3 meals a day tend to go for 6 very small meals a day which helps keep them going better.

    I was 40 lbs overweight 2 years ago and I was starting to feel ashamed of myself. I tried to go on different diets which included starving myself and took different kinds of diet pills and teas just to get rid of the fats that' been burdening me. But everytime I lose a few pounds, I ate more again and became too lazy to move. In short, i didn't have discipline.
    But then I realized I have to stick to my original plan which is to shed off the excess baggage in my body. Don't push yourself too much on your goal of losing weight overtime by starving yourself. It's not that simple as you think it may be. But you will surely lose weight if you are really serious about it. You can eat anything but in moderation of course. You've got to have self-discipline if you really want to achieve your goal. A great work out, perfect diet tips and lots of patience can help you gain the lean and slimmer you.
