    I tried hydroxycut hardcore..i almost fainted a couple times...blacked out in class, and almost had a heart attack. The 5 pounds I lost was definately NOT worth it.
    Theres no quick fix, I know everyone says this but diet and exercise are key. I found out the hard way.
