Try drinking at least 2 8-ounce cups daily of green tea. Brew your own and allow to steep for 5-7 minutes. I drink a lot of green tea....6 cups daily with lemon. This wonderful tea gives the drinker lots of energy, provides phytonutrients and helps build the immune system. My blood pressure has stabilized....from 150/85 to 116/65 and my cholesterol levels are now normal. Walking 2 miles a day will help, too. You should get the same results by doing this as with the Phen Fen.

something even better if you dont mind spicy . warm one cup of water in the microwave or kettle. put in coffee cup and add 1/2 -1 tsp of cayenne pepper. it will give you so much energy and burn calories too. also very good for your heart.
