decreased appitite but did anyone have an increased appitite or gain weight because I wont take it if it makes me gain weight

In the past I have been on Paxil, Zoloft, and Wellbutrin. Wellbutrin was the best antidepressant I have ever been on. I lost weight, was never hungry, and it didn't give me any of the sexual side effects the other drugs gave me. I no longer need antidepressants, but if I ever needed them again I would definitely choose Wellbutrin. It was also very easy to stop taking this medication. I stopped because I got pregnant and I didn't have any of the awful withdrawal symptoms that I had on the other meds. I hope this helps.

I tried Wellbutrin to stop smoking but really had no real side effects and it didn't help me stop smoking. I'm trying Chantix now and all I know is it gives you vivid, freaky dreams all night long.
