donot bother nothing works except eating the right food . have a glass of water before you eat and you will find this helps to fill you up .if you feel hungry between meals eat apples raw carrot or clerey as chewing these helps to fill you up .

Slimming pills *don't work*. A sensible and slow approach to weight loss is the best way. Eat sensibly and excercise. If you have rapid weight loss, you'll just put it all on again. Illegal ways include cocaine and aphetamines. Not to be reccommended.

If you are really overweight the doctor can prescribe you slimming pills.

Without a proper diet and excersise, pills aren't going to do much. If you have to do something, try a cleanse from a health food store. One that you actually eat on though, no liquid fast.

You don't need slimming pills or any of that rubbish. Just eat well (a good healthy balanced diet and get plenty of exercise.
Have a good breakfast - Weetabix or a slice of toast with low fat butter.
A light linch and then a good dinner with lots of vegatables.
