I want to know what I can eat during phase 1 and what are some good foods to eat? I usually eat eggs for breakfast, a bar for lunch and some kind of meat for dinner. is this a good plan ? I want to lose about 15 pounds, how long do you think this will take ?

It is not a good plan. Vegetables and Fruits are the most important foods you can eat for good health.
