I am writting a paper on why people shouldnt immediatly go to drugs to lose weight but to rather excercse first. i need a couple opposing points to reject

I have lost 2 inches off my waist and 11 pounds of weight in 61 days. Those are the physical rewards.
Then there's the fact that I feel better in myself and about myself. I sleep better and I have more energy.
These benefits have come from healthy eating and regular exercise. No dieting or gymwork.
The only unusual thing I have done is to practice self-hypnosis.

Its available by prescription. But honestly your right. You should try a healthy diet + exercise before using drugs.
If you have done that then you should even get your thyroid levels checked. Thyroid hormones regulate your metabolism.

Anything to do with weight loss and exercise ( keeping fit, staying healthy ect ect...)... i would just point you to a few websites i know about, but this one in particular
