i've never had any weight loss pills, but they seem to me as that they might work initally but the results won't last.

some do but dont tke them ... not good for you ... plus if u stop u'll put on double the weight!!

Depends on if your asking for hunger control or fat burners? Fat burners will only show the results indicated on the bottle if you diet and exercise. They may help you shed 1 or 2 pounds, but if you want real results, no pill out there will make you lose significant (more than a couple pounds) of fat. Everything worth while takes work when it comes to weight loss. I am taking "Tight", it works great, but again, I watch my diet and exercise a lot.
