Colon cleansing doesn't really help flatten your stomach. In Kenny vs Spenny, Spenny got his colon cleansed in the "who can lose the most weight" competition and he lost less than a pound from it.
It IS good however for helping with constipation!
It probably varies depending where you are (since you should probably go to a professional for best results) :)

I use super cleanse..I got it at the health food store Henry's
it's says unclog your colon and get it moving with 13 herbs & Fibers. You start off taking one tablet at night on an empty stomach and increase the dose until you have two to three bowel movements per day.
I usually have two bowel movements the next day.....Be careful though because you do tend to get a little gassy ha ha
