Is there a weight loss program customized for women that's better than http://www.TrimYourFat.com ? I've used this program for 2 years and is completely incredible, and wasn't sure if anything new has came out in the past 2 years or not.

Here is a place that reviews a bunch of weight loss programs, dieting aides, supplements and so on. The site even has categories like diabetes, low fat and hypnosis. Pretty cool site.
