It sounds simple but i didn't know it existed till i ran across it one day. You can track your weight and check your progress. Its pretty cool. Its free, and i have heard great things about it. You can see a few results on youtube. Just regular people that lost weight and want to show their before and after pictures. I just started using it about 2 weeks ago. You can write down what you ate and everything. check it out. I think you will be pleased. I know loosing weight is frustrating so Good luck!
