Meet with a nutritionist and start walking 20 minutes every other day. Gradually increase your exercise to 30-45 minutes. There is no "miracle" weight loss product out there. Always talk with your doctor before starting any new program. Remember take it slow and try not to get frustrated.

Eat healty foods and cut out the junk to reduce the intake of too many calories and carbs. Exercise to build your strength and endurance. Walking is one good way to do this. You can get a great walking exercise on treadmills. Use resistance exercises to build strength. I know several people who use a treadmill for their workout training and they do it every day and are quite fit. Here is some info on treadmill training.

You have to burn more than you take in... most likely you need 1800 cals a day to stay alive (what you burn basaly and through normal activities). Subtract 500 from that and workout 4 or 5 days a week for 30-45 minutes a day... you will lose weight. Don't depend ona pill - they don't work! It is all a scam. Even if they DID work... you would gain everything back when you stopped taking them.
