Weight loss pills don't work. They are a fallacy. You should just get more excercise and try to cut down on the sweets in your diet.

There isn't anything that can make you lose weight. Don't you wish there was a magic pill?!? I isn't going to be easy. I started a diet on Monday...Total cereal for breakfast, light yogurt for lunch, baby carrots and apples for snacks and 5 bites of meat and 1/4 cup of rice for supper. This morning I had lost 10 pounds. The first day is the hardest.
Have you ever watched Celebrity Slimdown on vh1? They eat only fruits and veggies for 9 days and the majority lose 10-15 pounds that first week.

What's the stuff in a vacuum? There cannot be an answer, at least in English, that's true. Weight loss is a matter of burning more calories than you take in, You can burn extra calories with increased activity, and you can reduce caloric intake with dietary restriction, and that's it. Anything else on the market is designed to reduce the weight of your wallet, not your body, and the evidence that any drug, even orlistat, helps with long-term weight control is flimsy at best.
