2007-07-28 12:28:48Don't eat biig meals...Eat small snack-sized meals(fruits, vegetable) every 2-3 hours. This should help your metabolism. Then jog for 20 minutes each day until you can run for about 40 min...Basically get in good running condition. After that jogg in the morning and night. Ride your bike..Do pushups, situps, play football with your friends, just do alot of sports. Don't eat McDonalds, BK or any other fast food place until you lost the weight..Once you can maintain the weight you can eat a little more what you like.. GOOD LUCK

2007-07-28 12:11:37I'm 13 and started my diet at the begginning of the summer and have lose 14 lbs, in 7 weeks, which is really good, i excercise about 30 minutes a day, and eat about 1000 calories a day, but it will be different for you, here are some tips, just remember don't starve yourself and if you're hungry eat fruit or something, and drink lots of water
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

2007-07-28 12:11:49If u want to lose weight start exercising like jogging, cycling,swimming, skipping and cut sugar and calories from ur diet as its equally important, its as simple as that.If u do this regularly there is no reason that u will not lose weight unless u have any medical problem.I lost 2 kgs in 15 days though i was not at all fat and i used to do jogging only for 20 minutes daily.
u can also try this exercise, it really works if done correctly.
