Ask:Best way to eat for losing weight
2007-06-28 21:42:59I'm wondering about the most effective way of eating for weight loss. I try to stay motivated to get exercise as well, but it's really hard for me to stick with it. Eating is something I can't avoid, unlike exercise, so I want to do it right. I'm a vegetarian, so that makes a small difference. Should I eat small meals more often? Or perhaps substitute some meals with a protein shake? Should I drink with my meals? I already only have soft drinks like once a week at the most, and don't snack a lot. I want to have a plan to be healthy that's not too hard to do, because I have a problem with getting too obsessive about it and doing unhealthy things like starving myself or purging. Any advice on how to stick with healthy eating habits when eating out, or being at a party or someone else's house would also be wholly appreciated. Oh, while I'm asking so much, if you have any original ideas for staying motivated to exercise, they would taken to heart as well. Thanks!

2007-06-28 21:49:56You should always eat but start eating smaller portions, and eating right. To stay motivated get a personal trainer I have had one for 2 years and it was the greatest thing ive done. A good trainer will help you not only in the gym but with your eating habbits as well. Snack Healthy, No more Starving yourself or purging that will make you sick and unable to work out. Let me know how it works out
