none of them do unless you go to the dr and have them prescribed to you. You really need to watch what you take just drink lots of water and exercise go to youtube and look for some hip hop dances they work well for me and they are fun i lost about 10 pounds in 2 weeks

Its called diet and exercise. Sorry pills aren't good for you and they don't usually help unless you change your eating habits as well.

Don't be weak-minded and opt out for diet pills, which are actually more harmful than beneficial. Get out there and start exercising, and stop looking for a diet that allows you to sit on your butt and eat cookies all day. Have some pride.
