I have heard about xenical and orlistat and reductil. I am about 3 stones overweight and may ask my doctor for one of them but which one is best?

Phentermine was ok. Were pretty good results. I have switched to Acomplia since it is hard to get good Phentermine these days. Also It shows

To be honest there's alot of hype with regards to weight loss and drugs, but saying that i simply believe to loose weight all you need to do is exercise regularly to burn of the fat on your body and eat less food healthy eating and exercising is the answer to your question.

Reductil works on the central nervous system by reducing apetite. Thus side effects will be dry mouth, nausea, strange taste, anorgasmia and delayed ejaculation, upset stomach, constipation, trouble sleeping, dizziness, drowsiness, menstrual cramps/pain, headache, flushing, or joint/muscle pain.
Orlistat works on the gastrointestinal tract. It reduces absorption of fats into the blood. Thus it has less side effects namely flatulence, urgent and/ or frequent bowel movements, oily spotting. Also, fat soluble vitamins are not absorbed so they need to be taken in tablet form.

The best is Clenbuterol but not knowing where you live it may not be available. I know it isn't in Australia and a women probably would use it.
