For me acomplia has been the best. phentermine also showed good results, but i started to get addicted and it had way too nasty side effects.
happy not to have any sides with acomplia so far.

Drugs/Pills is natural high. It is the feeling you get after exercising. Throw those diet pills out and eat healthy, avoid starches, sugars, eating in bed while watching tv.

There are no safe weight loss drugs or pills. Trust me--I took them with supervision and still ended up in the hospital with organ failure.

if you want pills is probably because you have bad habits of not eating right and exercising so if pills do the job for you it would just be for a while, once you go back to your bad habits you are going to gain all your weight back.

Ok we all know excersize and diet and the best ways to loose weight. However, some people including myself this doesnt always work for. I have used about every fatburner on the market during my years of natural bodybuilding. Hydroxy cuts worked the best for me. My wife has been on it for a week now and has lost with eating clean foods and cardio 30 minute a day 4 times a week 6 lbs.

There are none. Healthy exercise and diet is the only safe way to lose weight.
