I used to love scan diet, but they don't make it anymore... What is the best weight loss shake that you mix with water not milk? What reallly works and keeps you from getting hungry?

Leanology worked for me. It consists of meal replacement shakes that u mix with either milk or water, in several flavors, chocolate, vanilla or berry. I found them to be delicious, the best tasting meal replacement shakes I have ever had. I mixed mine with water.
There are also capsules that suppress your hunger...all in all, it was an excellent package.

If your using a water base smoothie or shake maker, it's best to possibly use a low fat thickner such as yogart...Or you can also buy whey products.
