nothings that easy. you cant just take a pill and lose weight, if it were that easy you wouldn't see celebrities working so hard and training and all that. the only way around it is straight through. eat right and exercise. and if the food tastes too good to be true it probably is. keep foods simple, oatmeal, shredded wheat n bran cereal, all nonfat dairy products, low sugar and sodium foods, drink 64 oz of water a day, keep saturated and trans fat to slim to none (other fats are easily broken down, saturated and trans fats are stored as fat on your body easily) fruits, vegetables, and lean meats (not fried, and no skin). hope this helps.
