none they don't work. do see professional weight losers use pills or do you know anyone that lost over 20lbs using pills. go to the gym lift some weights then go get a good run after.

There are healthy ones out there but you shouldn't be asking random people on yahoo. I suggest you see a doctor and them.

Weight pills are not always a good way to start since u are still young. The way i lost all my weight was that i did not eat anything after 7:00pm and i watched what i ate chocolate fatty foods etc... Pills are really a hoax they don't tend to work for everyone sometimes they might but i wouldn't spring for it. you should work out too exercise is key to losing weight also drink AT LEAST 8 glass of water a day, this tricks ur body to think that's it full so you don't eat as much. I'm 15 and I'm 5ཇ i went from 190 pounds to 145 pounds. a little dedication and you could do it.
